Omelette with cheese

This is a really quick and simple breakfast to make. I usually have an omelette in the morning during the week.

The omelette is just one beaten egg with Herbamare salt and some spices you like. I sometimes add a few drops of lemon juice. I try to find the biggest egg possible. The biggest are ca. 75 grams.

I use a special pancake pan to fry the omelette using 1 tsp of avocado oil. When it starts cooking I add 20 g of Gouda cheese on top of the omelette and cook it until the omelette is no longer runny and the cheese has melted.

I popped it into a plastic plate container as I was running late and had to take breakfast with me to work.
