Welcome to plentysweet.is!

This blog was started to share some of the meals and recipes that are helping me lose and manage my weight. The meals I blog about are mostly sugar free, starch free, grain free, nut free, lentil and bean free and cream free. The original blog posts are in Icelandic but I will try to keep the English version updated as well.
