Wheat germ bread in the microwave (30 g)

The quickest way to make wheat germ bread is in the microwave and I strongly recommend to anyone who is going to be eating wheat germ breads on a regular basis to get familiar whit this method. It saves so much time and they actually taste great.

Ingredients:

  • 30 g wheat germ
  • 1 tsp sesam seeds
  • 1 tsp sesam flour
  • Herbamare salt / Quality sea salt
  • Complete seasoning mix i.e. from Badia or similar – You can also use Season all
  • 80 ml warm water

Mix everything together and stir well. Spray or pencil a microwave proof plate with some oil. I usually use Avocado oil. Put the dough on the plate and spread it out with a spatula or something. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and herbs and spices of your liking. Place in the microwave and cook at full heat for 3 minutes. Than turn the bread and cook on the other side for another minute or so.

Take it out of the microwave, place in a toaster bag and toast for another minute or so.
