Egg roll with smoked salmon

Delicious breakfast, and both simple and quick to make. Very convenient to take with as packed lunch. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 40 g smoked salmon
  • Melle Orignial Mustard Seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Herbamare salt

Break the egg into a bowl, add the mustard seeds and mix well. Lightly fry the egg mix into an omelette on a pancake pan for a few minutes. Put the omelette on a plate. Weigh the smoked salmon and place on top of the omelette and roll up. You can add some sugar free mustard on the salmon if you wish.
