Wheat germ bread with smoked salmon salad

Recipe:

  • 50 g smoked salmon
  • 1 small egg (50g)
  • 15 g mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Maille “old style” Dijon mustard seeds
  • Hermesetas sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon water

Mix all well together and put on top of a slice of wheat germ bread.
