Waffles with pineapple jam

Waffles:

  • 1 egg
  • 15 g soy wheat
  • baking soda
  • vanilla powder
  • 20 g milk

Mix everything together in a bowl. Warm up the waffle iron and add a pinch of butter into the waffle iron. Wait until waffle iron is hot enough and than make four small waffles out of the mixture.

No added sugar pineapple jam:

  • Crushed pineapple from a can in pure pineapple juice.
  • Sukrin gold sweetener
  • A little bit of liquid Hermesetas sweetener or liquid Stevia

Fry the pineapple on a pin in a little bit of butter. Add the sweetener to the pineapple and fry further until most of the liquid has evaporated and the pineapple has become golden coloured and sticky.
