Oven-baked salmon with steamed vegetables and butter

Season the salmon and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C. Steam some broccoli and cauliflower in a saucepan whilst boiling the parsnips for ca. 10 minutes. Grate a few centimetres of zucchini to serve with the salmon and the vegetables. Plate up and allow some butter to melt on top of the salmon.

Meal for one:

  • 120 g oven-baked salmon
  • 240 g vegetabels
  • 15 g butter
