Muffins are easy to make in the microwave. Only takes about 3 minutes to make.
1 small egg (50 g)
25 g soy flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1-2 tbsp Canderel sweetener
20 g milk
1 tbsp sugar free vanilla syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
= 80 g protein
Mix everything together and cook in the microwave for 2-2.5 minutes. I cooked mine for 2 minutes, 10 seconds in a 850 W microwave.
Mix skyr and sugar free French vanilla syrup to have with the muffin.
