Banana bread

Delicious low carb and sugar free banana bread made from wheat germ.

Banana bread recipe:

  • 60 g wheat germ
  • 1 small egg (50 g)
  • 40 g plain yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp sugar free banana flavoured syrup

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and put into a small silicon baking tray that has been greased with avocado oil (or similar oil).

Baked in an oven at 180-200 °C for 35 minutes.

Best served warm with butter.
