Strawberry and blueberry frozen yogurt shake and egg, ham and gouda cheese muffin.
Berry shake:
- 240 g frozen strawberries and blueberries
- 68 g plain low fat yogurt
Muffin:
- 1 egg (50 g)
- 1 slice sugar free ham (18g)
- 1/2 slice Gouda cheese (10g)
Mixed together and put in a oil sprayed silicon form and baked in the oven for ca. 15 minutes until it puffs out of the form.
