Christmas its getting closer so I’m experimenting with new way s of cooking for the holidays. Tonight I cooked chicken with vegetable stuffing.
I whole chicken place in a cooking pan with a lid. Seasoned with mixed spices and wild herbs.
Stuffing:
– Carrots
– Onion
– Mushrooms
– Celery
– Garlic
– Oregano
– Herbamare salt
– Vegetable stock
Cooked for 1 hour at 180℃
