Recipe:

- 1 small egg (50g)
- 15 g mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Maille “old style” Dijon mustard seeds
- Hermesetas sweetener
- 1 tablespoon water
Mix all well together and put on top of a slice of wheat germ bread.
